Required Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of cucumbers
  • 90 grams of endives
  • 10 grams of black olives
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • A pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

Start with the preparation of the endives. Once the endives are ready peel and cut the cucumbers. In a bowl place all of the ingredients and mix them nicely. In the end season the salad with vinegar, salt and oil at your own preference.

Recipe for Cucumber Salad

Required Ingredients:

  • 2 medium cucumbers or 1 large English cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of stevia
  • A quarter teaspoon of salt
  • A quarter cup of rice vinegar

Method of preparation:

The included ingredients for this salad are for 4 servings of a cup of salad. Start with the preparation of the cucumbers; peel them by leaving green stripes of the peel on them. Next, slice them in half lengthwise, and after that scrape out the seeds by using a spoon. Then, cut them in thin slices with your knife or simply use the food processor. Now, place the slices on a double layer of paper towel in order to remove the excess moisture by squeezing.
