Preparing parsley tea:
You will need:
- 4-5 parsley stems with leaves
- 3 cups water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Bring the water to a boil. Pour the hot water over the parsley and let it steep for about 5 minutes. When it cools a bit add the lemon juice and honey. Consume this tea 3 times a day 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
